Warranty: This antenna carries a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We may, at our option, replace it one time, before issuing a refund (if you don't get a signal in you yard, you likely need a different antenna, so please don't buy this one). The restrictions on the guarantee are that it must be returned to us in the condition as it was received: in new, saleable condition with no nicks, chips, cuts, bends, etc. It must be received by us with the cable rolled and tied with the ties that come with it, the thread protector in place and in its original packaging. We must receive it in our store within 30 days from receipt by customer. Call the store for an RMA# before returning.
